My move required renting a climate controlled storage unit, while clean up and repairs could take place with my home. I was a hot mess when I went in to rent the unit but Darlene was an absolute gem! She was sensitive and understanding to my needs and was able to help me restore some calm and sanity to the hysteria and trauma I was in. Darlene was quick, efficient and I was in and out in no time. The facilities are clean new well-lit and secured by fence Darlene is attentive to who's on and off the property and I say 10 stars out of five the highest rating possible thanks to the storage place up on the hill on Essex in Huntsville Texas

They made sure we had all the information we needed, including locks, personal gate code and picked out our storage unit personally.
